Welcome to EasiTechnology Software and Services Limited ("EasiTech"). By using our app development services, you ("User" or "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains important legal information regarding your relationship with EasiTech, your rights and obligations, and the use of our services.

1. General Information

EasiTechnology Software and Services Limited is a legally registered software company based in the United States of America. We specialize in app development, maintenance, and support services. By entering into this Agreement, the Client confirms that they are not involved in any fraudulent activities or illegal operations and that any intention to misuse our services will result in immediate termination of the Agreement and possible legal action.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

To engage our app development services, the User must meet the following requirements:

  • App Store Registration: The User must be registered as a developer with both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Domain Name: The User must own or acquire a domain name for their app or project before EasiTech can begin development.
  • Compliance: The User agrees to comply with all local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to intellectual property, data privacy, and app content.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

By using EasiTech's services, the Client agrees to the following fees:

  • App Design (UI/UX): The design process will follow the User's requirements and brand guidelines. The User agrees to a one-time initial deposit of $480.
  • Monthly Subscription: A monthly subscription fee of $380 is required. This subscription includes:
    • App maintenance and updates
    • Ensuring app integrity in the Google and Apple Play Stores
    • Regular performance and security checks
    • Unlimited Zoom meetings and consultations for ongoing support.
  • Technical Support: The User is entitled to continuous technical support under the subscription plan, including bug fixes, app updates, and assistance with app store listings.

EasiTech reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to the User, typically given in advance via email.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

The User retains full ownership of the content they provide for their app, including text, graphics, trademarks, and logos ("Content"). By agreeing to this Agreement, the User grants EasiTech a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Content solely to develop, maintain, and provide technical support for the User’s app.

EasiTech agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of the User’s Content and intellectual property and will not disclose, share, or sell the Content to any third party without the User's express permission.

5. Privacy and Security

EasiTech takes the privacy and security of our Users seriously. We are committed to protecting all data and content shared by the User and ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws. Any information collected during the app development process will be used solely to complete the project and will not be shared with any unauthorized third parties.

EasiTech guarantees that all backend access to the app will be provided to the User for managing their developed app. The User’s credentials and access permissions will be securely managed to prevent unauthorized access.

6. App Maintenance and Back-End Access

Once the app is developed, EasiTech will provide the User with full back-end access to manage their app, monitor performance, and make necessary updates. Regular updates and security patches will be delivered as part of the monthly subscription plan. EasiTech will also assist with uploading the app to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on behalf of the User.

In case of any technical issues, EasiTech will offer immediate support through our 24/7 customer service, which includes unlimited Zoom meetings for real-time issue resolution and consultations.

7. Ongoing Support

EasiTech is committed to offering continuous support to all our Clients. The following services are included in the ongoing support plan:

  • Bug Fixes and Performance Optimization
  • Security Updates and Compliance Checks
  • User Feedback Integration and Feature Updates
  • In-App Analytics and Insights
  • App Store Profile Optimization to improve visibility and downloads

The User is required to work closely with the EasiTech support team to ensure the smooth operation and performance of their app.

8. Prohibited Uses and Fraud

EasiTech maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any attempts to misuse our services or tarnish the reputation of the company. The User agrees to the following:

  • No fraudulent or illegal activities will be conducted through the app or EasiTech’s services.
  • EasiTech reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and take legal action if the User engages in any activity that violates the integrity of our company or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

EasiTech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the User will be required to pay any outstanding fees and will retain full access to their app, provided that all fees have been paid.

EasiTech may also terminate the Agreement without notice if the User violates any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed following the laws of the United States of America. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in the appropriate U.S. courts.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and engaging EasiTech for app development services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.


EasiTechnology Software and Services Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the User via email.
